If you would like to make a return, please read through our policies below and email marigoldstudioco@gmail.com with your request and order number. At Marigold Studio Co we value our customers and our goal is to insure you love your choice! Return Policy:

We accept returns for items that are within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, with tags intact. We need all original packaging in the same condition it was received in as applicable. Discounted and final sale items are non returnable.

We can do Returns in the form of a Refund or an Exchange. Please follow the steps below  to initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Please email marigoldstudioco@gmail.com with your request and order number. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to respond to you.

2. Our response will contain whether or not your are eligible for a return or exchange, as well as your next steps in the process. If your item needs to shipped back, we will provide you with a pdf shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package.  

3. Once we receive your package we will initiate your refund or prepare to send your new item in the case of an exchange. Again, allow 3-4 business days processing time.
